We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

  • Legitimate Interests: Where it is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests.
  • Legal Obligation: Where we need to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.
  • 5. Third-Party Links & Tools

Our website includes links to third-party websites, plug-ins and applications (such as Google Reviews widgets and N8N automation endpoints). Clicking on those links or enabling those connections may allow third parties to collect or share data about you. We do not control these third-party websites and are not responsible for their privacy statements.

    6. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising

We only use optional cookies if you agree to them in our cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.

  • Strictly necessary: remembers your cookie choice and lets the enquiry form and chat work. These are always on.
  • Analytics (optional): Google Analytics tells us how many people visit, which pages help them and how they found us. We use this to improve the website.
  • Marketing (optional): Google Ads tells us which of our adverts led to an enquiry, and may show you our adverts on other websites or on YouTube.
  • Advert clicks: when you arrive by clicking one of our Google adverts, Google adds a click reference to the web address. If you then send us an enquiry, we keep that reference with your enquiry, and later tell Google Ads whether the enquiry became a customer, so we can see which adverts work. If you have not accepted marketing cookies, we do not store the reference on your device; it is only passed along in the web address while you browse our site.

Scrambled contact details: if you have accepted marketing cookies and send us an enquiry, your email address and phone number may be shared with Google in a scrambled (hashed) form, which Google uses only to match your enquiry to the advert you saw. Google cannot read the original details from the scrambled version.

Google may process this data outside the UK under the UK's approved safeguards. You can find out more at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

    7. Data Security

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know.
