What customers do before they ring a tradesman
They search for the job and their town, look at the first few results, check the reviews and ring whoever looks most trustworthy. That takes about a minute. If your site is not in those first few results, or it does not look like a proper business, you never hear about the job.
So a trade website has two jobs. Get found for the searches that matter, and convince the person on the other end that you are the safe choice. Everything we build is aimed at those two things.
What you get
- ●A page for every service, written around what customers ask about that job, so you can rank for each one rather than one vague "services" page.
- ●A page for every area you cover, so you show up in the surrounding towns and villages, not only your own postcode.
- ●Tap-to-call on every page, because most trade searches happen on a phone, often in a hurry.
- ●Your accreditations and trade memberships shown clearly, with badges you can switch on and off yourself.
- ●Real pages Google can read straight away. Every page is built as proper HTML, not an empty shell that waits for scripts to load.
Reviews without the awkward asking
Reviews are the difference between the tradesman who gets the call and the one who does not. The trouble is that asking face to face feels awkward, and happy customers forget. Our guide to getting Google reviews explains how to do it properly.
When you mark a job as done in your dashboard, the customer gets a review request by text and email. If they do not respond, it follows up a few times and then stops. Over months that builds the kind of review history that wins the next job before you have even quoted.
A dashboard for the work itself
Customers, jobs, notes and history in one place instead of texts, a paper diary and bits of paper in the van. You can also change your own services, prices and photos and rebuild your site whenever you like, without waiting on anyone.
Built for your trade, not a generic template
We have designs made for specific trades, including plumbers, electricians, roofers and landscapers, with more being added. Each one is shaped around how customers choose that trade, so a roofer's site leads with trust and guarantees while a plumber's leads with getting hold of you fast.
Start with a free report
It starts with a free report on your business: what's missing online, where local competitors are getting ahead of you, and what the package would change. We show you the trade design we'd use and agree the price with you on a short call. Once you're happy, we build your full site, usually within a couple of days. It is all part of the Complete Business Package.
Common questions
How much does a website for a tradesman cost?
You pay one price: one monthly plan covers the website, automatic review requests and the dashboard, agreed with you on a short call once we understand your business. For comparison, some agencies charge £100 a page or more, so a 50-page website could cost around £5,000 on its own.
I already have a website. Is it worth switching?
It depends what it is doing for you. If it brings in regular work from Google, keep it. If it is a few pages that nobody finds, your free report will show you what it is missing and what the alternative looks like, so you can compare before deciding anything.
Can I update the site myself?
Yes. Services, prices, photos and badges are all edited from your dashboard, and you can rebuild the site straight away. Small changes never mean waiting for a web designer.
Do I need a Google Business Profile?
Yes. It is where most local trade enquiries start, and our review requests send customers straight to it. If you do not have one yet, set it up with Google first and come back once it is verified.
How long before I start getting calls from it?
Once you are happy with your free report and the plan, we build your full site, usually within a couple of days, and it goes live as soon as your domain is sorted. Rankings and reviews then build over the following weeks and months. Nobody can honestly promise a ranking by a date, but a page per job and per area gives you a real chance in each one.
