Why most plumber websites don't bring in work
The typical plumbing website is four or five pages: home, about, services, gallery, contact. It looks fine, but Google has almost nothing to go on. One "Services" page that lists boilers, bathrooms, leaks and drains can't rank for all of them, and one homepage can't rank in every village you cover.
So the searches that matter, boiler repair in the next town over, blocked drain on a Sunday, bathroom fitting near me, go to whoever has a page that answers them properly. It is the same problem across every trade, which is why our website design for tradesmen starts with a page per job and per area.
What we build for plumbers
- ●A page for each service, boiler repairs, servicing, leak detection, bathroom fitting, blocked drains, power flushing, each written to answer what customers ask about that job.
- ●A page for each area you cover, so you can be found in the surrounding towns and villages, not just the one you're based in.
- ●Emergency call-out made obvious: tap-to-call on every page, so someone on their phone with a leak reaches you in one tap.
- ●Your Gas Safe and other accreditations shown clearly, because people check before they let anyone near a boiler.
- ●Pages Google can read straight away, every page is built as real HTML, not an empty shell that has to load before search engines see it.
Reviews that build themselves
Plumbing is a trust purchase. Someone is letting a stranger into their home, often in a hurry, so the plumber with 60 recent reviews usually beats the one with 6.
When you mark a job as done in your dashboard, a review request goes to that customer by text and email. If they don't respond, it follows up a few times and then stops, so nobody gets pestered. You never have to remember to ask.
A dashboard for the jobs themselves
Customers, jobs, notes and job history in one place instead of texts, a paper diary and scraps of paper in the van. When a job's finished you mark it done there, which is also what triggers the review request. It is all part of the Complete Business Package.
Start with a free report
It starts with a free report on your business: what's missing online, where local competitors are getting ahead of you, and what the package would change. We show you the plumbing design we'd use and agree the price with you on a short call. Once you're happy, we build your full site, usually within a couple of days.
Common questions
How much does a website for a plumber cost?
You pay one price: one monthly plan covers the website, automatic review requests and the dashboard, agreed with you on a short call once we understand your business. For comparison, some agencies charge £100 a page or more, so a 50-page website could cost around £5,000 on its own.
Will my plumbing website show up in the towns around me?
It's built to. Each area you cover gets its own page, which gives Google a clear reason to show you in those towns rather than only where you're based. No one can honestly guarantee a ranking, but a page per area is what gives you a real chance in each one.
Do I need a Google Business Profile?
Yes. Your Google Business Profile is where most local plumbing calls start, and our review requests send customers straight to it. If you don't have one yet, we'll point you to Google's sign-up page and you can come back once it's verified.
Can I change prices and services myself?
Yes. You can edit your services, prices and photos from your dashboard whenever you like, and rebuild the site yourself. There's no waiting for an agency to make a small change.
How do the review requests work?
When you mark a job complete, the customer gets a text and an email asking for a Google review. If they don't respond there are up to three polite follow-ups, and it stops as soon as they leave feedback or opt out.
